Black Precinct and Courthouse
The Black Precinct and Courthouse was the only one of its kind. Three generations of policeman are represented above with Lieutenant Archie McKay, Chief Delrish Moss and Chief Clarence Dickson. They share the unique bond of living their lives in black and blue.
